Calling our helpline
When you call Care Information Scotland, following a brief telephone message, you will be put through to our next available helpline team member, who will listen to your enquiry and have a conversation with you about what care you may be looking for. Every effort will be made to answer your enquiry on the phone or to put you in touch with the right source of further information. Our helpline staff can also send out leaflets and information printed from our website on request.
